endtimes1 interior art, ver1

This was originally going to be an interior illustration for the now defunct story Endtimes in the recently dead zine India and the Conundrum.

I ended up being really unhappy with the original version of this illustration, the pen work not working with the warped perspective I was aiming for - and the figures just being too small and odd on the page. The lines felt tragically anemic too. So I cropped most of it to a single frame, and then decided to scrap it altogether and go with the CG paintings - which I liked so much that I pretty much did 5 images in 2 sittings.
